Schedule of Rates: Tenants
All charges are inclusive of VAT at current rate of 20%.
Fees before moving in
- Holding deposit – one week of rent (to be used as a part of first month’s rent) – calculated on weekly rent basis
- First month’s rent (unless agreed otherwise) – dependent on the property
- Security deposit – five weeks of rent (where the total annual rent is less than £50,000) – to be registered with DPS; calculated on weekly rent basis
- Security deposit – six weeks of rent (where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above) – to be registered with DPS; calculated on weekly rent basis
Fees during/post-tenancy
- As per the Tenancy Agreement / the Tenant Fees Act 2019
